Porous, soft, beautiful stone, suitable for both domestic and external cladding. Favorite facing stone in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Do not change color under the influence of urban air pollution. Travertine perfectly coupled with cement and well preserved in the facings. The city Ienu (Germany), where factories are located famous Carl Zeiss, many old buildings are faced with exactly the travertine. And in Moscow travertine is used at the facing facades of newspaper "Izvestia" publishing house.
